By using the pumps at the premises at which you dispensed fuel, you agreed to the following:

1. Before leaving these premises, you must pay us the amount shown on this pump (less applicable discounts) for any fuel that you dispense (‘Amount Due’).
2. If you do not pay the Amount Due in accordance with (1), you:
   1. must pay us or our assignee on demand the Amount Due plus $40 debt collection fees; and
   2. may be denied the ability to obtain fuel at this and other fuel retailers until you pay these outstanding fees.
3. We use audio and video surveillance technology to record you and may provide these recordings to third parties to recover the amounts referred to in (2)(i) from you.

If you do not agree with these terms DO NOT USE THIS PUMP.
